Right off ramp. Follow to end - will merge with 146A.

From Rte. 16 Westbound
Follow to Uxbridge Center.
Left at light onto Rte. 122 South
Right onto Rte 146A
(Cocke N' Kettle Restaurant on left; court house at intersection).
Follow Rte 146A for 1.8 miles to River Road.
Left onto River Rd (between Li'l Texas Restaurant & coffee shop).
